I first got inspired to produce music because of my friend Jayin. Watching him experiment with sounds and put tracks together made me want to try it for myself. In 2020, I dove in, starting out on BandLab, creating my first simple beats and melodies.

By 2022, I decided to take it more seriously and bought FL Studio. I’ll be honest — at first, I felt completely lost. Every button, plugin, and technique felt like a secret code, and I couldn’t believe how much work went into the songs I casually listened to on Spotify.

Over time, I fell in love with the process. I spent over 1,000 hours perfecting my craft, learning how to shape sounds, build tracks, and share my creativity with others. Watching producers like Simon Servida, Jay Cactus, MHA, and Ed Talenti build their own brands inspired me even more. I realized I wanted to create something that could leave a mark too.

That’s how Ohm Labs was born — a free, course-based platform where anyone can learn music production, no matter their experience. Collaboration has always been important to me, so I imagined a global sample library, where producers from around the world could upload and share sounds that anyone could use in their own tracks.

Ohm Labs isn’t just a platform — it’s a way for me to give back to a community that has inspired me so much. Music has been a huge part of my life: over 10 years of playing guitar, learning saxophone, and always searching for that next track that hits just right. I believe music has a unique power to connect people, create memories, and inspire creativity — and that’s exactly what I want Ohm Labs to do for others.
